Connector, tax and HR screens in the app
The app has gained screens for connecting to platforms and couriers, cash registers and printers, returns and JPK, and HR (sick leave, ZUS, PIT, PPK). Connectors and drivers are marked Beta.
Orders, warehouse, POS, cash registers, couriers and API
The orders and warehouse core with an interface, POS till, fiscal cash registers with Bridge, couriers, the public API and guides in the knowledge base. Connectors and drivers are marked Beta.
Cash register in the app, report export and CSV import
A cash screen (cash receipts and cash payments), export of reports to CSV, XLSX and PDF, import of counterparties and products from CSV, and support for invoices with the zw (exempt) rate in KSeF.
Platform administrator panel and regulation monitor
A separate Zaksio support panel with its own login and 2FA, and a regulation monitor that proposes parameter changes for a human to approve.

Invoices from email and scans go to approval
Each company gets its own address for forwarding invoices, and PDF and image attachments go to the archive and to Anna's approval queue.
Licences and payments: Stripe, trial period and read-only mode
Stripe Checkout and client portal, signed webhooks, licence states with a 14-day grace period, and read-only mode after it ends.
HR and payroll: payroll runs on 2026 parameters
Employees, contracts, monthly payroll runs calculated by the payroll engine on 2026 parameters, absences and posting. The result is verified by an HR specialist.
Ledger, bank, VAT and JPK_V7 draft with XSD validation
An append-only ledger with the balance enforced in the database, MT940 and CSV statement import, payment matching, and a JPK_V7M and V7K draft with a generator tested against XSD schemas.
KSeF 2.0 and FA(3): issuing, receiving and corrections on the test environment
Integration with KSeF 2.0 and the FA(3) schema on the Ministry of Finance test environment: receiving purchase invoices, issuing, XSD-compliant KOR corrections and UPO. The production environment is not yet available.
AI team: events engine, approval queue and five agents
The Zaksio core works: events and obligations, an approval queue with an autonomy policy, the agents Anna, Marek, Piotr, Kasia and Prezes, and expert review for advisory recommendations.
