AI team: events engine, approval queue and five agents

The AI team is not an add-on to the ERP but its core. The events and obligations engine triggers the agents, and everything they propose goes to a single approval queue with a full trail.

• Anna (accounting, purchases, VAT, white list), Marek (sales and debt collection), Piotr (warehouse), Kasia (HR and payroll) and Prezes (morning review and liquidity).
• Autonomy set separately for each type of action. By default, everything requires approval.
• Advisory recommendations must be backed by evidence in the company's data or official legal sources and go to an expert first.
• Amounts, VAT, contributions and taxes are not calculated by the language model but by deterministic, tested code.
