When KSeF applies to your business

Deadlines depend on the size of the business

The obligation to use KSeF is being introduced gradually from 2026, and the smallest businesses come under it later. You can check the exact schedule in the Ministry of Finance announcements; the KSeF rules and API have changed before, so we don't repeat dates here that could become outdated.

What Zaksio does on the data side

  • The KSeF token is stored in encrypted form
  • Purchase invoices go to account assignment and the approvals queue, not straight into the ledger
  • Invoice content is treated as data, not as instructions for the agent
