The Basic plan costs PLN 0, has no time limit and needs no card. We state the limits up front so you know what to expect.
For PLN 0 you get
- Sales invoices, corrections and sending to KSeF
- Purchase invoices from KSeF or from a scan, with an account assignment proposal from AI
- Bank statement import (MT940 and CSV) and matching transfers to invoices
- Books: full accounting, KPiR or revenue records for flat-rate tax (you choose in the company profile)
- VAT, JPK_V7 and deadlines with reminders
- The CEO's morning review: a list of matters that need your decision
- A justification with every AI proposal; by default nothing is posted without your approval

How it works, step by step
How to start keeping accounts in Zaksio
1. Create an account
You enter your e-mail and choose whether you are creating a company account or an accounting firm account. No card is needed.
2. Complete the company profile
You choose the legal form and the form of taxation, and Zaksio suggests the way of keeping books: full accounting, KPiR or revenue records.
3. Add documents
You connect KSeF with your own token, upload scans or photos of invoices and import the bank statement.
4. Approve proposals
The AI assistant proposes account assignment and transfer matching, each with a justification. You approve or correct.
5. Prepare VAT and JPK
Zaksio prepares a JPK_V7 file compliant with the schema. You download it, check it and file it yourself or through your accounting firm.

So there are no surprises: this is where the Basic plan ends.
- Filing returns for you: you download JPK files and return drafts ready to file and file them yourself or through your accounting firm.
- Checking results: amounts are calculated by deterministic code, not the language model, but you check the results and returns before filing.
- Larger scale: above the Basic plan limits (companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month) you need a paid plan. Your data and documents stay.
- A larger AI budget: the Basic plan has 100 AI credits per month, larger pools are on paid plans.
- Extended support: on the Basic plan we help by e-mail, while chat and priority support are on paid plans.
- Bookkeeping done by a person: Zaksio is software with an AI team, not an accounting firm. If you like, you can invite your own accounting firm to the account.

Is accounting in Zaksio really free?
Yes. The Basic plan costs PLN 0, has no time limit and needs no card. It covers invoices, KSeF, account assignment with AI, bank, VAT and JPK_V7. Basic plan limits: companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month, AI credits 100 per month. Larger limits are on paid plans.
What do I get to start with and what happens next?
To start with, you get full access to all features: company 3 months, accounting firm 6 months, no card. After that the account stays on the Basic plan: we block nothing, your data and documents stay, and the limits only apply to adding new items beyond the plan.
Do I have to provide a payment card?
No. The Basic plan is free with no time limit and needs no payment card. You provide a card only when you yourself decide on a paid plan.
Does the AI assistant post documents on its own?
Not by default. AI proposes the posting with a justification, and the entry is created after your approval. Amounts, VAT and taxes are not calculated by the language model but by deterministic, tested code.
Is Zaksio an accounting firm?
No. Zaksio is software with an AI team: no person keeps your books for you. AI prepares proposals and you approve. If you prefer to hand part of the work to specialists, you can invite your own accounting firm to the account, and accounting firms can serve many clients in Zaksio.
Can I keep a KPiR or flat-rate tax records?
Yes. Zaksio supports full accounting, the tax revenue and expense ledger (KPiR) and revenue records for flat-rate tax. You choose the way of keeping books in the company profile, and Zaksio suggests it from the legal form and the form of taxation.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The owner downloads a full export of the organisation's data to a JSON file in Settings, in the "Licence and payments" card. The data belongs to you.
Does the free plan have the same safeguards as the paid ones?
Yes. Company data isolation, encryption of sensitive fields, 2FA sign-in, the event log and backups work on all plans, including the free one.
