Accounting and VAT. Watches deadlines, proposes account assignment for invoices and matching of payments from the statement, and prepares JPK_V7 for your check.
Kasia: AI HR officer
HR and payroll. Prepares payroll runs and ZUS and PIT files for import and watches HR deadlines. Works once you tick “Employees” in the company profile.

Zaksio is software, not an accounting firm or a tax adviser. If you wish, you can invite your own accounting firm to the account.

What Anna and Kasia prepare for PLN 0
They prepare, and you approve. Here are the specific tasks available on the Basic plan.
Anna: account assignment for invoices
Purchase invoices from KSeF or a scan get a proposed account and VAT with a justification. The entry is created after you approve it.
Anna: bank statements
Transfers from the statement (MT940 and CSV) are matched to invoices, and only exceptions come back to you.
Anna: VAT and JPK_V7
A JPK_V7 file checked against the official XSD schema waits for your approval. You download it and file it yourself or through your accounting firm.
Kasia: payroll runs
Monthly payroll runs with the 2026 parameters are calculated by the payroll engine, not a language model. Kasia prepares them for approval.
Kasia: ZUS and PIT files
ZUS files (including DRA, RCA, ZUA, ZZA) and PIT-11 are ready for import into Płatnik. You import, sign and send them yourself.
Kasia: deadlines and sick notes
A ZUS, PIT and PPK calendar with reminders. You load e-ZLA sick notes by importing the report from PUE.

How approval works
All proposals go to one queue. By default nothing happens without your decision.
A proposal with a justification
For every proposal you see what it is based on: a rule, supplier data or a law.
You decide
You approve, reject or correct. A payroll run, JPK and sending to KSeF never go ahead without a person.
Event trail
The log records the input, the justification and the person who approved. Amounts are calculated by tested code, not a language model.
AI credits
AI credits: what uses them and what does not
AI credits are one pool for the whole company, shared by Anna, Kasia and the other assistants. The size of the pool is in the limits table below.
Use credits
Questions to the team (one question is one credit), reading an invoice from a scan or photo, and an account suggestion for lines the rules did not recognise.
Do not use credits
Deadlines and alerts, payroll runs, ZUS and PIT files, JPK and matching of payments from the statement are handled by rules, not a language model.
Document limit
Only issued invoices and corrections count towards the document limit. Payroll runs do not use it.

How to start with Anna and Kasia
1. Create an account
You enter your e-mail and create a company account. No card is needed.
2. Complete the company profile
You choose the form of taxation and the way of keeping books. If you employ people, you tick “Employees” and Kasia starts work.
3. Add documents and employees
You connect KSeF, upload scans and statements, and in HR you add employees and contracts.
4. Approve proposals
Anna and Kasia (AI) prepare postings, payroll runs and files, and you approve or correct them.
5. Download the files
You download JPK, ZUS and PIT files ready to file and file them yourself or through your accounting firm. An HR or accounting specialist checks the results before use.

So there are no surprises: this is where the Basic plan ends.
- A person in the role of accountant or HR officer: Anna and Kasia are AI and are not an accounting firm, so they do not keep books as a service.
- Representation before the authority: the AI team does not act on your behalf at the tax office or at ZUS.
- Advice: the AI team answers for information, from the law and your company data. This is not tax or HR advice.
- Sending ZUS files: Zaksio prepares them for import into Płatnik, and you sign and send them yourself.
- Checking the results: an HR or accounting specialist checks payroll runs, returns and files before use, and responsibility for an approved entry remains with you.
- Larger scale: above the Basic plan limits (companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month) you need a paid plan. Your data and documents stay.
- A larger AI budget: the Basic plan has 100 AI credits per month, larger pools are on paid plans.
- Extended support: on the Basic plan we help by e-mail, while chat and priority support are on paid plans.
- Bookkeeping done by a person: Zaksio is software with an AI team, not an accounting firm. If you like, you can invite your own accounting firm to the account.

Is there a free AI HR officer?
Yes, as software: Kasia, the AI HR officer, is on the free Basic plan within its limits. She prepares payroll runs and ZUS files for import, and you approve. She is not a person or an accounting firm. You turn the module on by ticking “Employees” in the company profile. Is Anna from the AI team a real accountant?

Does the free AI accountant have limits?
Yes. The Basic plan has limits: companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month, AI credits 100 per month. Larger limits are on the paid plans, and the AI team and modules are the same. Your data and documents stay even after you exceed the limits.
Do HR and payroll use AI credits?
No. Payroll runs, ZUS and PIT files and deadlines are calculated by an engine, not a language model, so they use no credits. Credits are used by questions to the team, reading scans and account suggestions. It is one pool for the whole company.
Do Anna and Kasia send documents to the authority or ZUS?
Not by themselves. They prepare files ready to file. You import ZUS files into Płatnik and send them yourself, and you can send JPK to the Ministry of Finance with the “Approve and send to the authority” button where sending is enabled, with your own consent and your own certificate.
Can I invite my own accounting firm to the account?
Yes. You can invite your accounting firm or accountant to the account and give them a suitable role, and accounting firms can serve many clients in Zaksio in one panel.
