How much does company accounting cost? A cost guide
The price of accounting depends on the scope of work, not only on the legal form. Below are the cost components, the questions to ask every offer and the places where Zaksio can lower the bill: the Basic plan costs PLN 0. We do not quote averaged market rates, because price lists differ from offer to offer.

What the price of accounting depends on
The same questions are worth asking every provider: an accounting firm, a software product and yourself.
The way books are kept
Full accounting, KPiR and flat-rate revenue records differ in the scope of work: the more elaborate the ledger, the more tasks.
Number of documents
Sales and purchase invoices, statements and costs. Monthly document limits are sometimes part of a price list, so ask about them directly.
VAT and returns
VAT settlement and JPK_V7, VAT-UE and OSS, PIT or CIT advances and other returns.
HR and payroll
The number of people and contracts, payroll runs, ZUS and annual PIT. Check whether the price includes them or they are extra.
Invoicing and KSeF
Issuing invoices and corrections, sending to KSeF and receiving purchase invoices.
How documents are handed over
Paper, scans, KSeF, bank statements. The more data arrives automatically, the less manual work.

Four ways to handle your company's accounting
Each has a different cost and a different split of work. Choose the one that suits the size of your company and your time.
On your own, with software
You enter documents and are responsible for the books yourself. The cost is the software subscription (in Zaksio the Basic plan costs PLN 0) and your time.
Accounting firm
You hand documents to a firm that keeps the books. The cost comes from its price list, so compare the scope of services, not just the amount.
Your own employee
A person on an employment or mandate contract. On top of their pay come employment costs and tools.
Software with AI and an accounting firm together
The software collects and prepares the data, and the firm reviews and approves it. In Zaksio you invite the firm to your account, and firms serve many clients in it.

How to work out your cost, step by step
1. Count your documents
How many sales invoices, purchases and statements do you have in a typical month? This is usually the main measure of the scope of work.
2. Define the scope
List what you need: books, VAT, HR and payroll, annual returns, advice, contact with the tax office.
3. Ask for a quote with a defined scope
Ask what exactly the price includes, whether there is a document limit and whether the amount is net or gross.
4. Check the terms
Ask what happens when the limit is exceeded, what the notice period is and whether you can export your data.
5. Compare with the free plan
If you fit within the Basic plan limits (companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month), you can start with it and see how much work can be automated.

- Larger scale: the Business plan costs PLN 299 net per month, the Pro plan PLN 899 net per month, and for accounting firms there is the Office plan (from PLN 399 net per month + PLN 19 per company). The free plan has the limits stated above.
- Advice and representation: the Basic plan is software, not tax advice or help before the tax office. If you need them, invite your own accounting firm or adviser to the account.
- Larger scale: above the Basic plan limits (companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month) you need a paid plan. Your data and documents stay.
- A larger AI budget: the Basic plan has 100 AI credits per month, larger pools are on paid plans.
- Extended support: on the Basic plan we help by e-mail, while chat and priority support are on paid plans.
- Bookkeeping done by a person: Zaksio is software with an AI team, not an accounting firm. If you like, you can invite your own accounting firm to the account.

Yes. You can invite your accounting firm to the account and give it an appropriate role, and accounting firms can serve many clients in one panel in Zaksio.
Are the prices on the site net?
Yes, all Zaksio prices on the site are net prices in zloty, excluding 23% VAT.
What happens if I exceed the free plan limits?
Your data and documents stay, and the limits only apply to adding new items beyond the plan. When you need more, you choose a larger plan.
What happens after the full access at the start ends?
