The Basic plan costs PLN 0, has no time limit and needs no card. We state the limits up front so you know what to expect.

- Issuing invoices and corrections in KSeF (KSeF 2.0, FA(3)) and UPO

How it works, step by step
How to issue your first invoice
1. Create an account
You enter your e-mail, no card is needed. You complete the company details: NIP and address.
2. Add a counterparty
You look it up by NIP in the VAT taxpayer register or import counterparties from a CSV file.
3. Issue an invoice
You start with a draft, and issuing assigns a gap-free number and locks editing. An issued invoice is fixed with a correction.
4. Send the invoice
You send the PDF by e-mail and, once the KSeF token is connected, also to KSeF, together with receiving the UPO.
5. Keep an eye on payments and VAT
The payment status is set from the bank statement. After the due date the AI team proposes a reminder and you approve it. VAT and JPK_V7 wait ready for your review.

What you will not find in the free plan
So there are no surprises: this is where the Basic plan ends.
- More invoices: the limit of 100 documents per month applies to issued sales invoices and corrections. Drafts do not count towards it, and a larger package is on paid plans.
- Filing JPK for you: you download the file and file it yourself or through your accounting firm.
- Larger scale: above the Basic plan limits (companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month) you need a paid plan. Your data and documents stay.
- A larger AI budget: the Basic plan has 100 AI credits per month, larger pools are on paid plans.
- Extended support: on the Basic plan we help by e-mail, while chat and priority support are on paid plans.
- Bookkeeping done by a person: Zaksio is software with an AI team, not an accounting firm. If you like, you can invite your own accounting firm to the account.

Is the invoicing software really free?
Yes. The Basic plan costs PLN 0, has no time limit and needs no card. You issue invoices and corrections, send them to KSeF and prepare JPK_V7. Basic plan limits: companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month, AI credits 100 per month. Larger limits are on paid plans.
How many invoices can I issue for free?
The Basic plan allows 100 documents per month: issued sales invoices and corrections count towards the limit, drafts do not. Once the limit is reached you cannot issue more that month without moving to a larger plan.
Do I have to provide a payment card?
No. The Basic plan is free with no time limit and needs no payment card. You provide a card only when you yourself decide on a paid plan.
Can I send invoices to KSeF?
Yes. Zaksio supports KSeF 2.0 and the FA(3) schema: issuing sales invoices and corrections, and UPO. You choose the KSeF environment in the company settings and connect it with your own token. Details are on the KSeF page.
Can I issue an invoice in a foreign currency?
Yes. A foreign-currency invoice uses the NBP average rate, and VAT scenarios (intra-EU supply, export, foreign services, reverse charge) are checked, including the EU VAT number in VIES.
Will Zaksio remind a customer about an unpaid invoice?
Yes, but only after your decision. After the due date the AI team proposes a payment reminder, and it is sent only after approval.
Will Zaksio send JPK_V7 to the tax office?
Not by itself. Zaksio prepares a JPK_V7 file that complies with the official schema, and you approve it. You download it and file it yourself or through your accounting firm, and where sending to the Ministry of Finance is enabled on the account, you can sign it with your own certificate and pass it on with the “Approve and send to the authority” button.
What happens to my invoices after full access ends?
To start with, you get full access to all features: company 3 months, accounting firm 6 months, no card. After that the account stays on the Basic plan: we block nothing, your data and documents stay, and the limits only apply to adding new items beyond the plan.
