Compliance calendar

Letters to the tax office
Drafts with a PDF preview: UPL-1 and PPS-1 powers of attorney, an ORD-IN request for an interpretation, a notice of correction and a reply to a summons. After approval you get a filing package: instructions, the fee and attachments.
JPK_V7
A draft from the ledger, a check against the official XSD schema, approval and file download. Where sending is enabled on the account, you sign the file with your own certificate and pass it to the Ministry of Finance with the “Approve and send to the authority” button.
ZUS files
KEDU files (including DRA, RCA, ZUA, ZZA) for import into Płatnik. You download, import, sign and send them yourself.
e-ZLA sick notes
You load the PUE report by import, and sick notes go to payroll runs and the HR calendar.

“Ask the team” answers for information, from the register of laws and your company data. One question is one AI credit, and it is not advice on your case.

The Basic plan costs PLN 0, has no time limit and needs no card. We state the limits up front so you know what to expect.

How to prepare a matter with the authority in Zaksio
1. Check the deadlines
In the calendar of obligations you see what has to be filed and when. Reminders arrive in advance.
2. Choose a letter or a file
You prepare a draft letter with a PDF preview or a JPK, ZUS or PIT file.
3. Approve the content
You check and approve. For letters you get a filing package: instructions, the fee and attachments.
4. File and record
You file the letter through e-Urząd Skarbowy, e-Delivery or on paper, and you import the ZUS file in Płatnik. In Zaksio you record that the matter has been filed.

- Consulting: the AI team answers for information. This is not tax advice or a ruling on your case.
- Sending ZUS files: Zaksio prepares them for import into Płatnik, and you sign and send them yourself.
- Larger scale: above the Basic plan limits (companies 1, users 3, documents 100 per month) you need a paid plan. Your data and documents stay.
- A larger AI budget: the Basic plan has 100 AI credits per month, larger pools are on paid plans.
- Extended support: on the Basic plan we help by e-mail, while chat and priority support are on paid plans.
- Bookkeeping done by a person: Zaksio is software with an AI team, not an accounting firm. If you like, you can invite your own accounting firm to the account.

Is there free ZUS consulting?
No. Zaksio does not advise on ZUS matters and does not contact ZUS on your behalf. For PLN 0 on the Basic plan you get ZUS files (including DRA, RCA, ZUA, ZZA) ready for import into Płatnik and a calendar of HR deadlines. In disputed matters it is worth asking an adviser or an accounting firm.
Will I get help at the tax office for free?
You will get tools, but not a representative. On the Basic plan Zaksio prepares letters to the tax office, JPK and deadlines, and you approve and file them. We do not represent you before the authority and we do not file letters for you.
Which letters to the tax office will Zaksio prepare?

Will Zaksio send JPK to the authority for me?
Only with your consent. The “Approve and send to the authority” button prepares the shipment, signs it with your certificate through Zaksio Agent and passes it to the Ministry of Finance gateway, and the UPO goes to the history. The button is available where sending is enabled on the account. When it is not, you download the file and file it yourself.
Does Zaksio represent me before the authority?
No. Zaksio is software with an AI team, not a representative or an accounting firm. It prepares the content of a UPL-1 power of attorney for filing, and you grant it to a person or an accounting firm of your choice.
Does help with the authority have limits in the free plan?
