What is Zaksio?
Zaksio is a Polish cloud ERP system with an AI team. It covers accounting, VAT and JPK, HR and payroll, sales and invoicing, inventory and shipping. The AI team prepares the work (account postings, payment matching, draft returns, payrolls) and a human approves it.
Who is Zaksio for?
For Polish service companies, online shops and wholesalers, and for accounting firms that serve many client companies in one panel.
Does the AI in Zaksio calculate taxes and post entries by itself?
No. Amounts, VAT, contributions and taxes are calculated by deterministic, tested code with a legal basis, not by a language model. The AI classifies documents and proposes, and every action goes to the approval queue. Nothing is posted without a trace and without approval from an authorised person.
How does Zaksio handle KSeF?
Zaksio supports KSeF 2.0 and the FA(3) schema on the Ministry of Finance test environment: receiving purchase invoices, issuing invoices and corrections, and the official receipt confirmation. Sending to the production KSeF is being switched on in stages, and for now we do not send invoices to production.
How much does Zaksio cost?
The Start plan is free with no time limit and no card. To begin with, a company gets full access for 3 months and an accounting firm for 6 months, with no card and no automatic renewal. Accounting firms can serve up to 5 client companies for free permanently. Prices of the higher plans are on the pricing page (net amounts).
What integrations does Zaksio have?
Marketplaces and shops (Allegro, Amazon, Erli, Empik, Zalando, Temu, AliExpress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop), couriers (InPost, DHL, GLS, UPS) and fiscal registers. Orders from every channel follow the same flow: reservation, picking, packing, label and invoice.
Is company data safe?
Each company's data is isolated at the database level (PostgreSQL with RLS), sensitive data is encrypted, and the general ledger is append-only, so changes leave a trace. The same safeguards apply in all plans, including the free one.
Is Zaksio available in English?
Yes. The site and the app have a full English version with English addresses, e-mails and invoices.
