The Start plan is free with no time limit and requires no card. To start, you get full access (companies 3 months, accounting firms 6 months), then you stay on the free Start plan or choose a larger one. Prices of the other plans are net, in PLN (excluding 23% VAT).
Add-ons: additional company, additional user, document bundle. After you exceed the monthly AI credits budget, you can pay for the extra usage or move to a higher plan.
Plans differ in limits on companies, users, documents and AI credits. You enable the sales, warehouse, wholesale, cash register, shipping and integrations modules in the business profile. Integrations marked Beta are being developed together with our first customers.

Questions about payments and limits
Are prices net?
Yes, all prices on the site are net prices in PLN, excluding 23% VAT.
How does annual payment work?
You pay for 10 months instead of 12, so two months are free (approx. 17% less). The annual price is always the monthly price multiplied by 10.
Do I need to provide a card to get started?
No. The Start plan is free with no time limit, and to start you get full access without a card (company 3 months, accounting firm 6 months).
What happens when I exceed the plan limits?
Limits on companies, users and documents are defined in the plan. AI usage is counted against a monthly credit budget; once it is exceeded, you can pay for the extra usage or move to a higher plan. We will give the exact rules in the terms and conditions.
What are the add-ons?
You can buy an additional company, an additional user or a document pack. The add-on price list will appear together with the paid plans.
How do you bill the subscription?
We bill the subscription monthly or annually. We issue invoices for Zaksio in accordance with invoicing regulations. We will give details of payment methods before paid plans launch.
What happens if a payment fails?
The licence moves to an overdue state with a 14-day grace period. After it expires, the account is read-only, and data export is still possible.
Can plans and prices change?
Prices and limits are starting values that we are verifying with our first customers. We will notify you of changes in advance, and you will find the current terms in the terms and conditions.
