All client companies in one list

Client list with urgency
For each company: the number of items to review and approve, overdue deadlines and critical alerts, with the most urgent at the top.
Client licence status
Trial period, active, overdue payment, cancelled or read-only mode, shown next to each company.
Switching without logging in again
Switch to a client's company with one button; for the expert role, a redirect to the review queue if anything is waiting there.
Live refresh
The dashboard refreshes automatically, and each company's data is read in its own context.

Firm roles

The "Accounting firm (expert)" role
Read access to all modules, write access to company and financial data, and review of recommendations. The client assigns the role in "Team and roles", and the client's administrator cannot assign it.
No back door
The firm sees only the companies it has been given access to. Data isolation is enforced in the database (row-level security).
Role restrictions
The expert doesn't issue sales invoices, change HR data or manage the client's users or plan.

Expert queue

Advisory recommendations go to the expert first, and the client doesn't see them until they are approved
The expert sees the agent's evidence and reasoning, can edit the title and rationale, and can approve or reject
The agent's pre-edit version remains in the audit trail
A recommendation without evidence in the company's data or official legal sources will not be saved
