Zaksio terms of service
1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the Zaksio service, an ERP-type web application with a team of AI agents (the "Service"), provided by MOST WANTED sp. z o.o., NIP 9522205728, with its registered office at: Kuznocin 55, 96-500 Sochaczew (the "Provider").
The User is a business or an accounting firm that creates an account in the Service. The Service is intended for entities conducting business activity. [Whether we admit consumers: for the lawyer to decide.]
2. Scope of the Service
The Service includes in particular: invoice handling (including KSeF integration), account assignment, bank statement reconciliation, preparation of draft VAT returns and JPK files, warehouse, HR and payroll modules, and a team of AI agents preparing proposed actions.
The scope of features depends on the selected plan. Integrations marked as Beta on the website are being rolled out together with the first customers. [Description of features and their status: appendix to be completed.]
3. Account, registration and trial period
Using the Service requires registering an account and providing true company details. To start, the User receives full access (company 3 months, accounting firm 6 months), without providing a payment card. When it ends, the account moves to the free Start plan (accounting firm: the free Accounting firm plan for up to 5 client companies), and the User can choose a paid plan at any time.
The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for the actions of persons to whom they have granted access.
4. How the AI team works and responsibility for decisions
- AI agents prepare proposals; binding actions require approval by the User or a designated expert, unless the User has deliberately enabled automation for a given type of action within the limits.
- Amounts, taxes, contributions and rounding are calculated by deterministic algorithms, not by a language model.
- Rules (e.g. tax deadlines, payroll parameters) are maintained with their legal basis and are subject to expert review. The User remains responsible for approved entries and returns.
- The Service does not constitute tax, legal or HR advice.
5. Fees and billing
Prices in the price list are net prices in PLN and are increased by the applicable VAT. The subscription is billed monthly or annually; annual payment equals 10 months. The Provider issues subscription invoices in structured form via KSeF.
The licence moves through the states: trial period, active, overdue (14-day grace period), cancelled. After the grace period ends, the account works in read-only mode. [Details and consequences: to be specified.]
6. User data and export
The User retains the rights to their data. With regard to personal data, the Provider acts as a processor under a data processing agreement (DPA). Data remains available for export even after the subscription expires. [Format, deadlines and retention period after the contract ends: [X] days.]
7. Availability and liability of the Provider
The Provider makes efforts to keep the Service continuously available. We publish the current system status on the status page.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to kontakt@zaksio.pl. The Provider will handle them within [X] days of receipt.
9. Changes to the terms and final provisions
The Provider will give reasonable advance notice of changes to the terms. The governing law is Polish law.
