One user can belong to many client companies with different roles and switch between them without signing in again.
Expert review queue
Advisory recommendations (e.g. on tax optimisation) go to the expert first. They can see the agent's reasoning, and can edit the content, approve or reject it. The client does not see recommendations until you approve them.
Evidence instead of opinions
An advisory recommendation will not be saved without evidence: records from the company's data (invoice, entry, transaction, deadline) or official legal sources.
Audit trail
The agent's version from before your edit stays in the audit log, together with who approved it and when.
Client data isolation
Each company's data is separated by the row-level security mechanism in PostgreSQL. The firm only sees the companies it has access to.
Files ready to file
JPK, VAT-UE, OSS, PIT and CIT drafts, and employees' ZUS and PIT files are produced in one place, and you sign and file them on the client's behalf.
Working a queue, not entering data
