Invoices from email and scans go to approval

Each company in Zaksio has its own address for forwarding purchase invoices. PDF and image attachments are saved in the document archive, and Anna proposes an invoice reading action for approval.

• You can generate the address again at any time; the previous one stops working.
• Reading an invoice uses an AI credit and goes to the normal posting queue; it is not posted automatically.
• Data from scanning goes through deterministic validation, e.g. of line item arithmetic and the NIP number.
