HR and payroll: payroll runs on 2026 parameters

The HR and payroll module lets you maintain an employee register, employment contracts, contracts of mandate and contracts for specific work, and prepare monthly payroll runs. Amounts are calculated by the payroll engine, not by the language model.

• PESEL is encrypted and masked in the interface.
• The payroll accumulates from January and is posted, while payment and remittance are recorded separately.
• Absences: unpaid leave is calculated, and for sick leave (L4) the payroll run calculates sick pay or sickness benefit.
