Powers of attorney of the firm's clients: register of UPL-1, PPS-1 and ZUS-PEL

Accounting and finance. Content verified: 12 October 2026.

The register of powers of attorney (menu "Client powers of attorney") gathers in one place the documents that let the firm act on behalf of clients. The view is available to the owner and the account manager (firm role).

What you record

  • Type: UPL-1 (signing returns), PPS-1 (special power of attorney), ZUS-PEL or other.
  • The scope, the attorney (full name, NIP, email), the date granted and the expiry date.
  • Status: to be signed, submitted, confirmed or revoked. The "expiring" and "expired" states result from the validity date.
  • A scan of the signed document, which also goes to the company's document archive.

Letter from a template

For UPL-1 and PPS-1, the "Letter" button prepares a draft based on the company and attorney details, using the templates of the official letter generator. You will find the draft in the Taxes module, where you fill in any missing fields and approve it before signing.

Reminders and consolidated view

  • 30 days before expiry, a renewal reminder appears in the client's deadline calendar.
  • The firm's view shows clients from the most urgent: those with expired, expiring and missing powers of attorney.
  • The missing ones are UPL-1 (always) and ZUS-PEL when the company has employees.
