Letters to the tax office and powers of attorney: the draft generator

What it is for

The generator prepares drafts of letters that a company often sends to the tax office, with the company details filled in from the profile. The available templates are the UPL-1 and PPS-1 powers of attorney, an application for an individual tax ruling, a notice of a return correction and a reply to an office summons.

The UPL-1, PPS-1 and ruling application templates do not replace the official form. This is stated explicitly in the content of the draft, together with a checklist of things to verify before sending.

Where to find it in the app

The "Returns and JPK" menu, the "Letters" tab: the list of templates, template selection, draft editing, PDF preview, approval and download. An approved letter cannot be changed.

Step by step

1. Choose a template from the list of available letter types.
2. Generate the preview. The content includes the company details and fields marked "[TO BE COMPLETED]" that the system does not know, for example the case number, the office name or the justification.
3. Look at the PDF preview. Until the draft is approved, every page has a "DRAFT" watermark.
4. Fill in all the fields and save the draft. You can edit it as many times as you like.
5. Approve the letter. Approval is possible only when no "[TO BE COMPLETED]" field remains.
6. Download the PDF, print or sign it, and then file the letter yourself at the office or through a representative.

The role of the AI team and the human

Regardless of who prepared the content, the decision to approve and the signature always belong to a human.
