Leave, overtime and PPK: balance, supplements and transfers

HR and payroll. Content verified: 12 October 2026.

What it is for

  • Leave balance kept per employee and for the whole company: entitlement taking length of service into account, pro rata for hiring and termination during the year, carried-over leave from previous years, manual corrections and an estimate of the equivalent on termination of the contract.
  • Overtime: working time, 50% and 100% supplements by day type (night, Sunday and public holiday, Saturday, weekday), exceeding the average norm, and the limit of 150 hours per year, which is a warning, not a block. Time off in lieu goes only to the records, without a supplement.
  • PPK: enrolment, opt-out, resumption, reduced contribution and additional contributions. The employee's contribution is deducted on the payroll after taxation, and the employer's contribution is income excluded from ZUS contributions.
  • A transfer statement for the financial institution with a deadline of the 15th day of the following month, and a CSV file with the exchange standard fields.

Where to find it in the app

HR and payroll, "Leave" tabs (leave balance for a chosen year and day, cash equivalent), "Overtime" (entries with supplements, settlement period summary, limit warning) and "PPK" (employee enrolments and monthly contribution summaries with a CSV file). You also still record annual leave as an absence ("Add absence").

Step by step

  1. Complete the employee's HR profile: months of service and carried-over leave. Mandate contracts and business activity count towards length of service only if there is a ZUS certificate, and the system does not do this on its own.
  2. Record leave as absences. The balance shows how many days are left, and you enter corrections manually with a reason.
  3. Enter overtime with the date and hours. The system classifies the day, calculates the supplement and adds it to the payroll run for the given period.
  4. Enrol the employee in PPK or record an opt-out. If needed, set a reduced contribution or additional contributions.
  5. After approving the payroll run, generate the PPK transfer statement for the period and download the CSV file.
  6. Make the transfer at your bank no later than the 15th day of the following month, then mark the period as paid.
