Data export: what you can download and how

Your data belongs to you, and portability is a product principle. You can use a full export of the organisation's data to a JSON file, report exports and individual document downloads.
What you can download
- Full export of the organisation's data: Settings, "Licence and payments", the "Your data" tab, the "Download data export (JSON)" button. Available to the owner. The file contains, among other things, companies, invoices, the ledger, counterparties and employees, but omits secrets (passwords, encrypted tokens) and the contents of document files (their description remains). The limit is 3 exports per hour, and the file contains personal data, so store it securely.
- Reports: profit and loss and balance sheet to CSV, XLSX and PDF ("Download" buttons on the report screens).
- Sales invoice PDF: the "Download PDF" button in the details of an issued invoice (requires the sales read permission).
- File from the document archive: the "Download" button next to a document in "Documents and scans" returns the original.
- JPK_V7M or V7K file: the "Download XML" button in the return details under "VAT / JPK".
Downloads also work in read-only mode, that is, after the licence or trial period has expired.
