What it does
Zalando: what you get
Orders
Orders from the platform arrive in Zaksio without duplicates and follow the same flow as any other: reservation, warehouse allocation, picking, packing, shipment.
Stock levels
Stock levels and prices are sent to Zalando by product EAN.
Prices
Prices from the channel price list are sent to the platform together with stock levels.
Tracking number
The tracking number from Zaksio is sent back to the platform, so the buyer can see that the order is on its way.
Connection
How to connect it
You use your own keys and your own seller account. You set up the connection in the app, without a developer.
- In the zDirect Portal, check your Merchant ID and create API credentials (Client ID and Client secret).
- Enter them in Zaksio together with the sales channel ID and choose the environment.
- Click "Check connection" and start synchronisation.
