GLS in Zaksio

GLS parcels via ADE-Plus: labels, ParcelShop, cash on delivery and tracking.

What it does

GLS: what you get

PDF and ZPL labels
A label is created from an order in one click, in PDF or ZPL format for a thermal printer.
Parcel tracking
Parcel statuses come back to Zaksio and change the order status, and the tracking number is sent to the sales platform.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is ordered together with the parcel, and payments from the courier are reconciled with the bank statement in the approval queue.
Pickup points
Pickup point search and delivery to the selected point when the order specifies one.
Cancelling a parcel
You can cancel a parcel that has not yet been dispatched from within Zaksio.
Handover protocol
Day-end closing, pickup order and a printable handover protocol for the courier.

Connection

You use your own contract and your own credentials with the courier. You set up the connection in the app.

Ask your GLS account manager for access to ADE-Plus (WebAPI) and login details.
In Zaksio, add a GLS account and enter the login and password (optionally separate Track&Trace details).
Click "Check connection" and set the service selection rules.

Good to know

Services: Business Parcel, ParcelShop, Guaranteed 10:00 and 12:00, and Saturday delivery.
The GLS API does not return prices or return labels.
