First steps: account, company details and business profile

Getting started. Content verified: 18 October 2026.

To begin with you get full access without a card (3 months for a company, 6 months for an accounting firm), and then you stay on the free Start plan. Below is the order in which it is worth getting started.

1. Create an account

  1. Open the registration page in the app (the "Start for free" button).
  2. Choose who you are (Company or Accounting firm) and fill in the fields: Company name, Email address, Password (at least 12 characters) and Business profile.
  3. Click "Create account". You will be signed in straight away as the Owner and will see the Team inbox.

Registration creates a user, an organisation and one company with the name you gave, together with a chart of accounts. We send a verification link to your email address.

2. Complete your company details

Registration does not ask for a NIP or an address. Fill them in under Settings, the "Company" tab, in the "Company details" card.

  • NIP (the system checks the checksum) and address: they go onto invoices, into KSeF and into JPK. Without them you cannot issue invoices to KSeF or prepare JPK.
  • The "Legal form and VAT" card: choose the legal form and VAT settlement (monthly, quarterly or exempt). "Save and recalculate deadlines" immediately recalculates the tax deadlines.
  • The "Taxes (JPK)" tab: tax office code, taxpayer type and contact email, needed for the JPK_V7 draft.
  • The "Complete your tax profile" step in First steps: the wizard fetches company data by NIP from public registers and guides you through the tax questions (described in the article "Tax profile and company data from public registers").

3. Check your business profile

The "Business profile" tab controls which modules are visible (e.g. catalogue, warehouse, HR and payroll). A disabled module is only hidden; the data stays. The Warehouse module cannot be disabled while warehouse documents exist.

4. Start working with the Team inbox

The Team inbox is the home page of the app. At first it is empty ("All done"); agents' proposals appear when there is data in the system to process. How to use it is described in a separate article.
