Erli: API key from the shop and synchronisation of orders, stock levels and prices

What it is for

The Erli connector uses the official seller API (Erli OpenAPI). It retrieves paid orders and the list of listings, sends stock levels and prices and passes on parcel numbers.

Connector scope: does not create products in Erli and does not edit descriptions, photos or categories. Products must already be there, and Zaksio synchronises only stock level and price.

Where to find it in the app

Sales and logistics, "Sales channels", "Add sales channel", type "Erli", and in the channel the "Connection" tab. Connector fields: "Erli API key" and optionally "API address (optional, test environment)", which you leave empty for production.

The form in the "Connection" tab is built from the connector description, so it contains exactly the fields the platform requires, along with short instructions and a link to its documentation. After "Save credentials", click "Test connection"; "Start" in the "Synchronisation" tab only works after a successful check.

Where to get the keys

1. Set up and activate a shop on Erli (erli.pl) and fill in its delivery methods and the terms of returns, complaints and warranty.
2. In the seller panel, go to My Erli, Shop settings, Integration method and select the "Custom API integration" tile.
3. Enter any key description (e.g. Zaksio), click "Generate new key" and copy it.
4. Paste the key into the "Erli API key" field. "Check connection" fetches the shop details and shows its name, and warns you if the shop is inactive.
5. Products must already be in Erli. After connecting, retrieve the list of listings and map it to goods in Zaksio.
6. Do not enable a second integration that retrieves orders from the same Erli shop in parallel, as this risks duplicates.

Erli (customer service) assigns the test environment: you then receive a different address and login details, and you enter the address in the "API address" field. API documentation: erli.pl/svc/shop-api/doc/reference.

What it synchronises

• Orders: with payment completed or cash on delivery. Unpaid orders (awaiting PayU payment) are skipped until they are paid.
• Listings: matched by the product identifier assigned by the seller (externalId in Erli).
• Stock levels and prices: in batches with a result for each listing. Prices in PLN only.
• Parcel number: couriers not on the Erli list are saved as self-dispatch. For parcels dispatched by Erli the number is entered automatically, and your call may be rejected.

Important notes

• Fields changed manually in the Erli panel are "frozen": the API does not overwrite them and responds with success, so a stock level or price change to such a field will not be applied. A price change to a product with an active time-limited promotion is ignored.
• Erli reduces the stock level itself after a purchase and does not restore it after a cancellation. The next stock update sent from Zaksio fixes the discrepancy.
