Empik Place (Mirakl): API key, instance address and synchronisation

Sales channels and marketplaces. Content verified: 12 October 2026.

What it is for

The Empik Place connector links Zaksio to the Mirakl platform on which the Empik marketplace runs. It retrieves accepted orders and the list of listings, sends stock levels and passes on parcel numbers.

Connector scope: does not send prices, because in Mirakl a price change is a full listing update and missing fields are zeroed. It also does not accept orders (you accept them yourself in the Empik panel) and does not create products or listings.

Where to find it in the app

Sales and logistics, "Sales channels", "Add sales channel", type "Empik Place", and in the channel the "Connection" tab. Connector fields: "Empik Place instance address", "API key" and optionally "Shop ID (optional)".

The form in the "Connection" tab is built from the connector description, so it contains exactly the fields the platform requires, along with short instructions and a link to its documentation. After "Save credentials", click "Test connection"; "Start" in the "Synchronisation" tab only works after a successful check.

Where to get the keys

  1. Sign the sales agreement with Empik Place and collect the access credentials for the seller panel (marketplace.empik.com).
  2. Log in to the panel, click the user icon, select "Personal settings" and then the "API key" tab.
  3. Click "Generate new key" if there isn't one yet, and copy it. There is one key per shop, and generating it again invalidates the previous one.
  4. Enter the instance address (usually https://marketplace.empik.com, without a trailing path) and the key. Provide the "Shop ID" only if your user has access to several shops.
  5. Listings must already be linked to product cards in the Empik catalogue. Retrieve the list of listings and map it to goods by listing SKU.
  6. You still accept new orders in the Empik panel: they reach Zaksio after acceptance. Before being marked as shipped, an order must have a parcel number.

What it synchronises

  • Orders: after acceptance in the Empik panel, fetched every 5 minutes. Waiting statuses (acceptance, debit) are skipped. Empik collects the payment, so we treat an accepted order as paid, except for cash on delivery.
  • Listings: list to be mapped by listing SKU.
  • Stock levels: via a CSV file (STO01 import), no more than once per minute. The import is asynchronous: we check the result shortly after sending, and if it is still in progress, we treat the batch as accepted.
  • Parcel number: the courier is passed as a name with a tracking URL. If Empik has it registered under a code, enter the code in the channel setting "carrierCodes". We confirm shipment only for orders with the status "To ship".
