Amazon.pl (SP-API): LWA keys, refresh token and synchronisation

Sales channels and marketplaces. Content verified: 12 October 2026.

What it is for

The Amazon.pl connector links Zaksio to your seller account through the Selling Partner API (Europe region, Amazon.pl marketplace). It retrieves orders shipped by you and the list of listings by seller SKU, sends stock levels and optionally prices, and confirms shipment with the parcel number.

Connector scope: does not create listings or change their content (the listing must already exist in Seller Central), and it skips orders from the Amazon warehouse (FBA) unless you enable the channel setting "includeFba". Such orders do not belong to your warehouse anyway.

Where to find it in the app

Sales and logistics, "Sales channels", "Add sales channel", type "Amazon.pl", and in the channel the "Connection" tab. Connector fields: "LWA Client ID", "LWA Client secret", "Refresh token" and "Merchant token (Seller ID)". The marketplace is Amazon.pl by default; you can set another in the channel settings ("marketplaceId").

The form in the "Connection" tab is built from the connector description, so it contains exactly the fields the platform requires, along with short instructions and a link to its documentation. After "Save credentials", click "Test connection"; "Start" in the "Synchronisation" tab only works after a successful check.

Where to get the keys

  1. Log in to Seller Central as the primary account user and go to Apps and Services, Develop Apps (developer console).
  2. Register a developer profile (private app, your own account) and wait for Amazon to approve the roles.
  3. Add an SP-API app (Europe region) with these roles and copy its Client ID and Client secret (the "View LWA credentials" option).
  4. In the app list, choose "Authorise app" (self-authorisation for your own account; the app can have draft status) and copy the Refresh token. Each click creates a new token, and earlier ones keep working.
  5. You can find the Merchant token in Settings, Account information.
  6. Paste these four values in the "Connection" tab and use "Check connection".

Official instructions: developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api, topic "self-authorization". The look of the Amazon console may have changed since this article was written.

What it synchronises

  • Orders: only those shipped by the seller (FBM), fetched every 5 minutes. Unpaid orders (PENDING) are imported once the payment is confirmed. Amazon's limit is one orders request per approx. 3 minutes, so it cannot be faster.
  • Buyer data (address, phone, email): only with the Direct-to-Consumer Shipping (Restricted) role. Without it, the order arrives without an address and you need to fill it in.
  • Listings: list by seller SKU to be mapped to goods.
  • Stock levels: sent to the seller-fulfilled shipping channel, with a result for each SKU. Lead time and restock date revert to the listing's default settings.
  • Prices: only when the channel setting "syncPrices" is enabled. A price change replaces the whole offer, so it removes sale prices and other audience groups.
  • Parcel number: shipment confirmation with the courier reported as "Other", together with its name.
