What it does
Allegro: what you get
Orders
Orders from the platform arrive in Zaksio without duplicates and follow the same flow as any other: reservation, warehouse allocation, picking, packing, shipment.
Listings and mapping
The list of listings from the platform is matched to products by SKU or EAN. Ambiguous cases are left for you to decide.
Stock levels
Zaksio sends the platform stock levels calculated from the channel pool, with a safety buffer. You start the first synchronisation manually, because it overwrites the stock levels on the platform.
Prices
Prices from the channel price list are sent to the platform together with stock levels.
Tracking number
The tracking number from Zaksio is sent back to the platform, so the buyer can see that the order is on its way.
Connection
How to connect it
You use your own keys and your own seller account. You set up the connection in the app, without a developer.
- Register your own app in Allegro (apps.developer.allegro.pl) and copy the Client ID and Client secret.
- In Zaksio, enter the keys, choose the production or test environment and authorise the account via OAuth.
- Click "Check connection", map the listings and start synchronisation.

Scope and requirements
- Return requests from Allegro are visible to the team as a notification.
- OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form and refreshed automatically.
