Integration
Posnet in Zaksio
Posnet Thermal fiscal registers and printers: receipt, invoice, X and Z reports, cash in and out, and cash drawer.
What it does
Posnet: what you get
Receipt and invoice
Receipt (without buyer tax ID) and invoice on the register, printed from the print queue with explicit rules.
Reports and cash
X and Z reports archived in Zaksio, cash in and out, opening the drawer and reading the device status.
Working without internet
Print jobs go to a durable local queue in Bridge, so sales do not wait for connectivity and the result returns to the cloud once it is back.
Connection
How to connect it
A local Bridge program runs at the till; it connects to Zaksio by itself and controls the device on your premises.
- Install the Bridge program on the computer at the register and pair it with the code from the app.
- In Registers and printers add the Posnet device, pick the port (serial, USB-serial or TCP) and check the status.
- Set print rules: which document goes to which device.
Good to know
Scope and requirements
- Support covers the Posnet Thermal protocol (FV EJ 1.01); you choose the device model when adding it.
- Zaksio does not connect to the register from the cloud: the device is controlled only by Bridge on your premises.
- Rolled out with the first customers: it is worth doing the first test on the device together with a register service technician.
