KSeF in Zaksio

The National e-Invoicing System: issuing and sending FA(3) invoices, UPO receipts, QR codes, fallback modes and downloading purchase invoices.

KSeF: what you get

  • FA(3) schema and validation

The sales invoice is built in the FA(3) schema and checked before sending: buyer data, VAT scenario, gap-free numbering, NBP rate for foreign currencies.

  • Sending, UPO and statuses

Single and batch sending, the official acknowledgement of receipt stored with the invoice, rejections explained in plain language with a hint on what to fix.

  • Fallback modes and QR codes

Offline, unavailability and failure modes with QR codes on the printout, a resend queue with deadlines counted in working days, and alerts.

  • Purchase invoices

Downloading purchase invoices from KSeF for posting, with a proposed account and VAT that you approve with one click.

  • Corrections

Correction invoices with the KSeF number of the original invoice, compliant with the schema, with the correct deadline for settling the VAT reduction.

How to connect it

You use your own token and your own company data. You set up the connection in the app, without a developer.

  • In the Ministry of Finance KSeF application, generate your own token for the company tax ID with permissions to issue and read invoices.
  • In Zaksio open Settings, the "KSeF" tab, choose the environment (test, DEMO or production) and paste your own token.
  • Click "Check connection", then send your first invoice in the test environment.

Scope and requirements

  • Zaksio does not store the token in plain form and never shows it again.
  • You choose the environment; the token points directly to the Ministry of Finance's KSeF.
  • Fallback modes and batch sending are being rolled out with the first customers.
