JPK and the VAT white list in Zaksio

JPK files (V7M, V7K, FA, MAG, KR_PD) validated against the official schema and checking of contractors' bank accounts against the VAT white list.

JPK and the VAT white list: what you get

  • JPK_V7M and JPK_V7K

Draft VAT records and return from sales and purchase invoices, with notes on the return and validation against the official XSD schema before you download the file.

  • JPK_FA, JPK_MAG and JPK_KR_PD

Files on request of the authorities: invoices, warehouse (from the stock movement ledger) and the general ledger for full accounting.

  • EC Sales List and OSS/IOSS

Summary information, transactions and OSS and IOSS reports, with a check of the distance-sales limit.

  • VAT white list

Checking the contractor's bank account before a transfer and when adding the contractor: a warning when the account is not on the list.

  • Deadline calendar

VAT, JPK and advance payment deadlines calculated for the company's tax profile, with a reminder and a preparation status.

How to connect it

You use your own token and your own company data. You set up the connection in the app, without a developer.

  • In Settings fill in the company data and tax profile: tax ID, VAT settlement, tax office code.
  • Open VAT and JPK, choose the period and create a draft; review the notes on the return.
  • Approve the draft and download the XML file ready to be filed in the e-Tax Office or by your accountant.

Scope and requirements

  • Zaksio prepares a file ready to be filed; you or your accounting office file it.
  • The VAT white list is queried from Zaksio, so you do not provide any credentials.
  • The result requires review by an accountant or a tax adviser.
