Zaksio Agent: install, connect and sign with one click

Installation

1. In Zaksio open “Returns and JPK”, the “e-Deklaracje” tab, and download the program with the “Download Zaksio Agent” button.
2. Run the downloaded file. Installation does not need administrator rights. You need Windows 7 SP1, 10 or 11 with .NET Framework 4.8 (it is built into Windows 10 from version 1903 and into Windows 11).
3. Windows may show “Unknown publisher” or “Windows protected your PC”, because the program is not yet signed with a publisher certificate. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. We show the file's SHA-256 checksum in Zaksio next to the download button.

Connecting to the company

1. In Zaksio click “Show the connection code”. The code is one-time and valid for 30 minutes.
2. In the program in the tray, enter the code in the “Connect to the company” window.
3. In Zaksio the computer appears with the status “Running”. You can connect several computers and disconnect each with the “Disconnect” button.

Signing

1. Prepare the submission in the e-Deklaracje wizard and in the “Sign the document” step click “Sign and send”. You can untick “Send to the MF gateway right after signing”: then the document is only signed.
2. A window opens on the computer with the company, the documents and the gateway environment (test or production). Choose a certificate and click “Sign and send”.
3. Enter the PIN in the system or card window. Zaksio checks the signature and the certificate, then sends the document to the Ministry of Finance gateway. You see the result in the wizard.

Who can sign

At the bottom of the “e-Deklaracje” tab there is a “Who can sign” list. When it is empty, Zaksio does not check who signs. Once you add people (owner, board, proxy, attorney), a certificate of someone not on the list triggers a warning, and with the block option ticked it is rejected. An accounting office with an active UPL-1 power of attorney is recognised automatically. The PESEL or NIP number is stored encrypted.

When something does not work

• The program does not see the certificate: insert the card or token, or log in to the cloud signature (the certificate must be visible in the system), then click “Sign and send” again. The program shows only valid certificates with an RSA key for signing.
• The job expired: it is valid for 10 minutes. Check that the program is running (the “Z” icon by the clock) and start signing again.
• Status “Not running” next to a computer: start the program from the Start menu or restart the computer. The program can start with Windows (a switch in the tray menu).
• Version too old: the program will ask for an update. Download the new version in Zaksio.
• Prefer not to install anything: use the signing from a file described in a separate article.
