Qualified signature

Zaksio Agent: sign and send with one click

A small Windows program uses the qualified certificate you already have. You click “Sign and send” in Zaksio, enter your PIN in the system window, and the rest happens by itself.

How it works

Four steps instead of your provider's program

  • 1. You click in Zaksio

    In the e-Deklaracje wizard you choose “Sign and send”. Zaksio creates a one-time job valid for 10 minutes.

  • 2. The program shows what you are signing

    A window opens from the tray icon with the company, the documents and the gateway environment (test or production). You choose a certificate.

  • 3. You enter your PIN

    You enter the PIN in the system or card provider window. The program does not see it and does not know your private key.

  • 4. Zaksio assembles the signature and sends

    The server assembles the XAdES signature, checks it and sends the document to the Ministry of Finance gateway. You see the result in Zaksio.

Security

A human always decides

  • It uses a certificate from the Windows store: a card, a token or a cloud signature visible in the system after logging in.
  • It opens no port on the computer: it connects to Zaksio itself and asks for jobs.
  • The job is one-time and expires after 10 minutes. The program checks that it comes from Zaksio.
  • Zaksio checks the certificate (validity, qualification, PESEL or NIP number) and compares the signer with the company's list of authorised people.
  • An accounting office signs on behalf of a client with an active UPL-1 power of attorney.

Installation

Requirements and installation

  • Windows 7 SP1, 10 or 11 with .NET Framework 4.8 (it is built into Windows 10 from version 1903 and into Windows 11).
  • Installation takes a moment and does not need administrator rights.
  • After installation, show a code in Zaksio (Returns and JPK, e-Deklaracje) and enter it in the program to connect the computer to the company.

If you do not want to install anything, Zaksio gives you a file to sign, you sign it in your provider's program and upload it back.
