Voice control: commands, questions and settings

Zaksio can be operated by voice: you say a command or a question, and the system goes to the right screen and answers out loud. The feature is optional and off by default.

Turning it on

1. Click the speaker icon in the top bar.
2. On first use, confirm your consent to speech recognition and allow the browser to use the microphone.
3. On a computer, listening continues until you turn it off. On a phone or tablet the “press and speak” mode applies: one utterance per tap.

What you can say

• navigation commands: “open the chat”, “show the inbox”, “go to sales invoices”, “back”, “close the chat”, “stop”,
• commands with filters: “show unpaid invoices over 1000 PLN”, “overdue invoices”, “unposted purchase invoices”, “find contractor Alfa”,
• questions to the team: “which invoices are still unpaid” (Zaksio opens the right screen and answers out loud),
• your own phrases, e.g. “collections” assigned to overdue sales invoices.

Settings

In “Account and security”, in the “Voice control” card, you can set: whether answers are read aloud (only for voice questions, every answer, or never), the answer length, the system voice, speed, volume, recognition sensitivity and confirmations, as well as your own phrases (up to 20). Settings are saved in the browser, so they apply to that device.

Privacy and requirements

Speech recognition is built into the browser: in Chrome and Edge the recording is processed by Google, in Safari by Apple. Only the recognised text reaches Zaksio, and we do not store recordings. Firefox does not support speech recognition, so there is no icon there. Voice navigation by screen names works in Polish.
